true story. i thought I’d help the world with my knowledge of electrical components and general tech gizmos. turns out they just want me to sell phones and plans. who comes in for an HDMI cable and picks up an iphone because it was convenient?

I got hired on at RadioShack as a merchandiser, thankfully. I did not have to worry about selling things, but I always heard the sales staff complaining about having to sell phones. It really is the only way to make commission in that place. When I was offered a sales position, I politely declined. :)
